Returns and Refund Policy

At Aarsun Woods, we bring over 35 years of experience in delivering premium-quality wooden products worldwide. We take great care in packaging and shipping and work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

Here, “Aarsun” refers to the company, and “client” refers to the buyer.

We follow a simple principle: most concerns can be resolved through mutual discussion. We take full responsibility for our products and ensure proper packaging and handling. On request, we can also share photos or videos of the product before dispatch so the customer knows exactly what to expect.

Return Conditions

Returns or issues may be considered in the following cases:

1 Product not liked by the customer

Since liking is subjective, we still try to help by discussing possible solutions. However, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Returns in such cases are not guaranteed and remain at the company’s discretion.

2 Damaged, defective, or wrong product received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must inform us within 72 hours of delivery. We will offer the best possible solution, which may include replacement, refund, or return.

Our customer support team will review the issue and respond within 24 hours.

Return Conditions Not Accepted

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used
  • Items not in original condition or original packaging
  • Customized orders (except in cases of damage or quality issues)
  • Products once used, especially temple items, are considered non-returnable

All returned defective items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition.

Aarsun Woods has extensive experience selling through platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, and others, and has successfully handled thousands of domestic and international deliveries.

Refund Policy

  • If an order is cancelled by the company, refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours. Processing time may vary depending on the bank.
  • For approved returns of damaged products, refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after the item is received and inspected at our facility.
  • Once inspection is completed, the customer will receive email confirmation with refund details.
  • For returns made at the customer’s request (after approval from support), a service charge may be deducted as communicated during support discussions.
  • No returns or refunds are accepted after 15 days from delivery.
  • Used products are strictly non-returnable.

Order Cancellation Policy

All furniture items are custom-made as per customer requirements, so cancellations due to personal preference or liking are not accepted. If a customer cancels the order, any advance payment is non-refundable.

If a ready order is requested to be held before dispatch, it can be stored in our warehouse for up to 30 days. If dispatch is delayed further due to the customer, a demurrage charge will apply based on order size and calculated per day.

After 90 days, Aarsun Woods is not responsible for storing the order. The goods may be sold, and the advance payment may be forfeited
